Common questions
My launch failed. Did I lose SOL?
If your wallet never showed a signed transaction as confirmed, nothing was sent. If it failed after signing, the transaction either landed or it did not; check your wallet's activity or Solscan. A launch that landed shows up on the site within a minute.
The RAY address took too long.
The address is ground on your device, so slower phones take longer. Try again on a computer, or launch with a regular address. Your draft is saved in this browser.
I do not see my token yet.
New launches are picked up from the chain. Give it a minute and refresh. If it still does not show, send us the transaction signature.
Where are my holder rewards?
They are sent to your wallet automatically in SOL. Look up your wallet on the Rewards page to see what is owed, queued and paid.
Why did my trade fail?
Usually slippage or a price move between quote and send. Raise slippage a little or try a smaller size. On the curve, the last buy before graduation can be partly filled.
Who controls the fees?
Each token's fee account is held by the keeper and every move is public. Radius takes 0%. The docs explain exactly what is on chain and what is not.
